The current captain of supertankers, experience in the rank – 20 years, the author of 10 books for navigators (including the author of the Captain's Handbooks in Russian and English language), participant of the 25th Soviet Antarctic Expedition.

• Ship Handling and Maneuvering
• Management of large tonnage vessels and vessels with specific maneuvering characteristics
• Basic and Advanced Training for Oil and Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations
• Preparation for PSC inspection
• Preparation for Vetting inspection
• Leadership in the crew

He started working in 1959 in the position of a locksmith plumber at the Odessa Shipyard №1, and after the end of the Odessa seaworthy school was a stoker and mechanic on tankers, passenger ships andcargo vessels. After he has finished OVIMU, he worked on ships. Then he worked on the ships of foreign companies. Also he worked as the superintendent of the Greek shipping company.
